⚠️ In person event, do not apply if you can't come.Presented by Codex & ApifyEurope’s first agent skill hackathonOne evening. One mission: build a reusable agent skill that does a real go-to-market job, powered by live web data, and create the evals that prove it works.
Build an agent that doesn’t just generate ideas. Make it research, detect, analyze, personalize, or act on signals from the real world.Build with whatever coding agent you already use. We run every submission in Codex, live, from one laptop. With Apify, your skill can pull structured data from websites, search results, social platforms, directories, reviews, competitor pages and job boards, giving it fresh context to work with.
By the end of the night, you’ll have something you can actually run, improve, and share.🏆 Prizes1st place: $2,000 in credits + 3 months of ChatGPT Pro$1,000 in OpenAI API credits$1,000 in Apify credits3 months of ChatGPT Pro2nd place: $500 in OpenAI API credits + 3 months of ChatGPT Pro3rd place: $250 in OpenAI API credits + 3 months of ChatGPT ProAnd this isn’t only for the winners:Every approved hackathon participant can receive up to:$100 in Codex credits + $50 in OpenAI API credits. 🤯$100 in Apify credits🛠️ What you'll buildAn agent skill is a reusable set of instructions that teaches a coding agent to perform a specific job reliably. At GTM Skillathon, you’ll turn a GTM workflow into a skill you can run with Codex, improve over time, and share with others. We’ll begin with a live Codex workflow demo. Then you’ll build, evaluate, and demo your own skill before the night ends.GTM is full of jobs waiting to become skills.Pick your battlegroundDominate AI search: Help companies appear in the answers people now ask AI models for.Build 1:1 growth engines: Create outreach or onboarding that adapts to each account in real time.Detect churn early: Catch the signals that a customer may leave before the cancellation email arrives.Create synthetic ICP twins: Test positioning and messaging against simulated buyers.Put virality on autopilot: Build product-led loops that identify and act on growth opportunities.Orchestrate your GTM agents: Create the skill that helps every other GTM agent work as one system.Or bring your own GTM problem.Who it’s forFounders, engineers, growth people, and marketers. You don’t need to have built an agent skill - or used Codex - before. You only need a real problem you want to automate.Come with a problem. Leave with a working skill and evidence that it works. What to bringA laptop & a chargerA GitHub accountA GTM problem worth solvingWhatever coding agent you already useWe'll send a short prep email with everything else, and we show the complete skill-building and evaluation workflow in Codex at the event.Schedule17:00: Doors and check-in

New name, same people, same conviction: the best way to understand what’s next is to build it.Organized by Formidable Builders and Builders HouseFinding usBuilders House
