She brings all that baggage onto the stage, dumps it out, and makes you laugh at the mess. Her act feels real, honest, maybe a little dark, and tells it exactly how it is. It's just her, a mic, and stories that jump from smart jokes to true stuff to funny, heartfelt poems, touching on the parts of life we usually keep quiet about. She performs in English, Japanese, and Romanian, because some things just sound funnier in another language. Luana doesn't hold back. She tackles the messy parts of life we all deal with, exploring themes that might be considered taboo, like those your mother told you never to discuss in public. She's even performed at the legendary Comedy Store, proving no topic is off limits when she’s got the mic. What to ExpectAlright, imagine if stand-up comedy and a midlife crisis had a baby, but instead of diapers, it came out with dark, raunchy jokes that make you question all your life choices. That’s "How to Cheat on Your Husband" – the show everyone loves because, let’s face it, misery is hilarious when it’s not happening to you. This thing has been selling out in over 40 cities, across 14 countries. Yeah, that’s right, it’s like the world tour of bad decisions. Europe, Asia, Australia – people everywhere seem to agree that laughing about infidelity, terrible sex, and emotional breakdowns is the best form of therapy. And don't get it twisted – it’s not just for scorned wives or bitter husbands. Single, married, divorced, "it’s complicated," or just plain confused – everyone feels at home. It’s basically the United Nations of relationship screw-ups.Why is it so popular? Well, because the jokes are raw, dirty, and honest, which is rare these days. No sugarcoating, no polite "rom-com" BS – just the uncomfortable, messy truth about love, sex, and cheating told in a way that makes you spit out your drink laughing. It’s the kind of humor that feels like a secret everyone’s too embarrassed to say out loud... but they all relate to it.Luana Matei takes the stuff that ruins marriages – cheating, bad communication, emotional baggage – and turns it into something that actually saves relationships: laughter. And she’s a little dangerous too, like that friend who convinces you to text your ex at 2 a.m. just to see what happens. The show’s like a sneaky reminder that everyone’s relationship is a little bit doomed... and that’s okay.People come out of the theater either reaffirming their love, breaking up, or realizing they’re not nearly as messed up as they thought. It’s like a weird combo of stand-up comedy, anti-couples therapy, and accidental group confession. One couple literally broke up halfway through a show once, and Luana loved it – that’s how real things get.The best part? It’s never predictable. One night someone heckles, another night someone overshares their sex life in the front row. Either way, Luana rolls with it, roasting people like it’s an Olympic sport. It’s a show where you’re not just watching – you’re part of it. You might even leave with better jokes than the ones you came in with... or at least some new material for the next fight with your partner. So, yeah, it’s not just comedy – it’s an experience. A dirty, hilarious, mind-blowing experience where you walk out thinking, “Okay, maybe my life isn’t that bad.” Or maybe, “I’m filing for divorce tomorrow.” Either way, totally worth the ticket price.
